Through the coaching process you will be able to get clarity about what you really want now and in the future from your career. We will draw out the skills and strengths that are unique to you and consider how you can build upon these further. We will also dig a bit deeper to identify what may be holding you back from making the progress you want to and identify ways to change this. We will also explore your own personal values and consider how well they align with those of your organisation. We will review what image you are projecting at work and show you how to develop this further.
We can also focus on interview preparation, building confidence and resilience or planning for life after retirement depending on your requirements.

In the work place you can use colour effectively to help project the image you want to – from a stronger look when you need to project authority and inspire confidence to a softer look when you want to encourage engagement and collaboration.
As part of the consultation, we will discuss your lifestyle and what types of clothes and colours you currently like to wear. We will also do a short questionnaire to identify your “make-up personality”.
We will look at how your skin tone, eye colour and hair colour work together to identify which colours compliment your unique colouring and show you ways in which you can wear them. We will do a full make-up for you in colours that compliment your colouring and personality.
At the end of the session you will receive a personalised wallet containing 42 fabric swatches that reflect your colouring with tips on how to combine the colours along with a personalised make-up “prescription”.
You will have the opportunity to buy any of the skincare, cosmetics or scarves that are used during your session if you wish, or you can order online afterwards.
The Colour Me Beautiful mineral -based make-up range is not tested on animals and is parabens and lead free. The skin care range is organic, vegan, not tested on animals, manufactured in England and packaged in recyclable bottles / airless pumps. There are options to suit all skin types including anti-ageing.
Face to face sessions are being conducted again or a virtual colour session can also be arranged.

£160 for a 2 hour face to face colour analysis session. You will come away with a wallet containing 42 fabric swatches that reflect your colouring and a make up prescription summarising the best colours to flatter you.
£80 for a 1 hour virtual colour analysis session. Your wallet containing 30 fabric swatches for your dominant colouring type and a make up prescription will be posted to you afterwards.
You may have had your colours done a number of years ago and your hair colour has changed since then or you may be starting to notice that your favourite colours no longer look so good on you. Our natural colouring changes over the years so having a colour review to re-assess your dominant colouring type will help you keep feeling and looking your best.
Swatches in your original wallet can be removed and added and additional cards purchased. If your colouring has changed significantly you will be able to purchase a complete new wallet of 30 swatches for your new dominant colouring.
£80 for a 1-hour session. You will receive updated fabric swatches to replace those in your existing wallet and an updated make up prescription.
You may have been wearing the same make-up for years and are ready for a change or you may have never worn make up but want to start.
In this session, I will show you some simple techniques to achieve a long-lasting flawless look in shades that compliment your natural colouring and personality. You can try a range of different colours whilst you are here, benefitting from seeing what they look like in natural daylight.
If you bring your make-up bag with you I will advise you on what to keep and what to replace and you will have the opportunity to buy any of the skin care or cosmetics that are used during your session if you wish, or you can order online afterwards.

£60 for a 1 hour session with opportunity for you to try different colours and combinations from the range of testers to compliment your colouring. You will take away a personalised make up prescription.
How we dress and present ourselves projects an image to those around us, with first impressions being formed within the first 30 seconds of meeting someone.
Knowing how to dress to for your body shape, your personality, your lifestyle and your budget will save you time and money, by reducing those costly mistakes that we have all made and ensuring you focus on styles and colours that flatter you. It will also help you to buy clothes that work with the rest of your wardrobe helping you to wear more of your clothes, more of the time.
In this session you will complete a short “style personality” questionnaire and we will look at your body shape as well as your proportions so that you can learn what clothes will flatter your figure and reflect your personality. We will look at the best fabrics for you and advise on how to achieve the perfect fit every time when buying clothes. We will also look at the best accessories to compliment your style and proportions.
You will take away a personalised 28 page “style workbook” that captures everything you need to know to build a wardrobe that ensures you can dress with confidence whatever the occasion.

If you spend ages looking for things in your wardrobe and never feel you have enough storage space then a wardrobe audit could be just the session to help you. It’s commonly said that many women wear 20% of their clothes, 80% of the time, meaning that most of us are continuing to hold on to clothes that no longer fit us, are out of date or we have nothing to wear with them. These clutter up our wardrobes and drawers leaving the clothes that we do wear squashed together and hard to find.
In this session we will review everything in your wardrobe and assign it to categories ranging from items which you never wear because they are out of date, unflattering or worn out to those which you feel most confident in and which are right for your body shape and colouring and are up to date and in good condition.
We will review what you will keep and make a list of any items that are missing from your wardrobe. We will look at how to create a capsule wardrobe that reflects your lifestyle and budget and will save you time and money in the future but ensuring you wear 100% of your clothes, 100% of the time.
£60/hour so depending on the size of your wardrobe this may take 2-3 hours.
